Gladys was really nice and she convinced me to try the Piattino salad which was really good. So if you are looking for a nice option, the salad are really good.

Just wanted to echo what others have said, Nashaat Youssef is absolutely incredible. I travel frequently and rarely take the time to leave reviews, but his level of service truly stood out. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Even with a full section, Nashaat was efficient and checked in at all the right moments without being overbearing. He made great menu recommendations and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. If you’re passing through Terminal A and need a good meal with top-tier service, ask for Nashaat. He’s a gem and a huge asset to Piattino.

The mushroom pizza and kale salad were more than decent, especially for the airport. The service was a bit gruff then kind, but you have to be aggressive about grabbing their attention. The wine worked. We’ll do it again.

Piattino has been my go to stop every time I fly international since 2018. The food is good, the drinks are good. Service can be slow, but they are busy so I understand. I look forward to eating here every time I fly internationally. I just wish they had chicken, bacon, ranch pizza!
